These cookies are not good for your health, but they are definitely good for your chocolate loving soul. They are crispy on the outside and chewy through the middle- topped with ice cream and strawberries (or dipped in nut milk), they cannot be beat!

3/4C Icing Sugar
2t Baking Powder
1/2 C chocolate Chips (optional- but they are a million times better with)
1/2C chopped pecans (or whatever nut, event coconut is) (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt 1C of chocolate chips with 1/4C of margarine. Still in remaining wet ingredients
- Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the wet to the dry and mix until it’s all blended together.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350- put them on a cooling rack and enjoy (let them sit for 2 minutes to harden before diving straight in- you’ll have more success)
